What can you expect?
Gulf Coast Church is located in beautiful Southwest Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. You will find our Campus right in the heart of North Port, Florida close to the major intersection of US 41 South and Pan American Blvd. We are part of the Assemblies Of God Fellowship of Churches. If you live in the area, are moving into town, coming seasonally, or just planning a visit, we look forward to the chance to connect with you!
At GCC, our services are spirit-led, relevant and passionate. You will experience a friendly and welcoming community, dynamic and engaging worship, and practical teaching of God's Word. Below are some answers to questions you may have.
When should I come?
Our main weekend service is on Sunday at 9:30 am. We also have a Midweek Connection service on Wednesday at 7 pm. We start on time so come early and enjoy some coffee, pastries and great fellowship.
What should I wear?
We are more concerned about what's going on inside of a person, than what they are wearing on the outside. Our pastors are usually in casual clothes. So just come as you are.
What is the music like?
Our live band usually consists of guitar, drums, bass, and keys. We worship God with songs that are deep in meaning but easy to understand.
What about my kids?
We offer quality Kids Church from 4-12 years during our services. Nursery is provided for infants through age 3 during each gathering. Your children will learn about God in an age appropriate way with fun experiences that will help the teaching come alive in their hearts. We also have a comfortable sitting room for mothers with infants.
What is the overall environment like?
We strive to make you feel welcome as you put yourself in the position to connect with God. We have a casual environment that will set the tone for you to be more focused on God and less concerned about the atmosphere around you.
